Jorge Cordero – Owner/President
Jorge is the President and Co-owner of Home Care Assistance. His role is to ensure that HCA’s systems, vision and strategies are customer centric and always adapting to the changing needs of senior care. Jorge brings over 15 years of IT experience, and over 10 years of management experience to oversee the day to day operations of the company. Jorge is actively involved in all aspects of the business. He oversees caregiver quality assurance, case management, advertising, public relations as well as business development. His passion for elder care comes from a deep rooted cultural tradition of honoring and respecting the elderly.
Monica Cordero, M.S.Ed – Owner\Director of Client Services
Monica is the Director of Client Care Services. Monica’s passion for caregiving began, as it does for many, from personal experience. Monica realized the need for quality caregiving when she spent months in the hospital looking after her mother. Monica uses her personal experience as well as her 15 years of teaching experience to guide her in providing the best care for our clients. She focuses on conducting in-depth client assessments and provides ongoing case management which includes weekly communications with clients and caregivers. Monica also enjoys educating the community on ways to improve quality of life for older adults.
Felicia Saraceno – Executive Director
Felicia Saraceno is the Executive Director for Home Care Assistance of Naples. Her mission is to ensure compassionate leadership and quality care for those aging in place. She is looking forward to working with a unique team dedicated to safety and excellence that are committed to their clients. Her expertise includes senior leadership, community relations, marketing and business development for senior living, healthcare and non-profit organizations. “I absolutely love living in the Naples community and culture of Home Care Assistance. It’s a wonderful place to live and work, and am committed to helping the clients and employees grow and thrive here.
Renee King-Mathis – Employee Care Manager
Renee is the Employee Care Manager committed to caregiver development and retention and development and ensuring operations are compliant with local regulations and HCA standards.
Renee graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and can be throughout the office supporting all departments.
Renee really loves the positive energy and enjoys working with a team where we are committed to changing the way the world ages!.
Shelby Genest, BSN – Client Care Manager
Shelby is one of our Care Managers with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. After acting as a floor nurse for more than 18 years, she has found her true passion in geriatric case management. She enjoys her interactions with her clients and strives to make a difference in their lives everyday. Whether it’s helping to find that perfect match in a care provider, offering a listening ear, or even just spending time quietly putting a puzzle together, she can often be found at her clients side. She is thrilled to be helping to “change the way the world ages” and honored to be part of your Home Care Assistance team.
Nancy Stephens – Staffing Coordinator
Nancy is one of our staffing coordinators. She comes from a background advocating for individuals and families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Psychology. Nancy is service oriented and committed to building resiliency. She focuses on matching every client and caregiver based on specific needs. Her goal is to support all clients and caregivers and improve their quality of life.
Donna Marie Melendez – Staffing Coordinator
Donna Marie is one of our staffing coordinators. She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has extensive experience providing excellent service to clients. Donna Marie works hard to meet the needs of our clients as well as the caregivers.
